Rae’s Top Picks: March 2026

fresh feels for fall

“As we head into the cooler months of the year, it felt like the perfect time to delve into the ways you can add a sense of inviting warmth into your home.”

I blinked, and suddenly it’s already autumn! After missing last month’s edition of my top picks (whoops), I’m back with another collection of my favourite items – curated for the cosy new season that is now upon us.

As I’m now feeling more settled in our new home here on the Gold Coast, and with all the craziness of moving in the rear-view, I finally feel like I’ve reached the stage where I can focus more on the finer details around the home.

As we head into the cooler months of the year (although there seems to be no hint of any cold weather in sight here in Queensland), it felt like the perfect time to delve into the ways we can add a sense of inviting warmth into our homes.

Two things I can’t live without are fresh foliage and strong scented candles. I always have a stockpile of good quality diffusers and candles on hand so I can keep our house smelling divine at all times, and recently discovered a local flower market that has the most incredible range of fresh flowers and foliage I’ve ever come across (and that I’ll be patronising frequently from here on out).

To help you achieve a cosy autumn vibe, I’ve put together some of my favourite home scents, vases, and foliage below (I’ve linked some faux versions but would definitely recommend getting fresh if you can!). So go on, get scrolling!
