Australian Pork Annual Report.
During my time in the Communications Team at Australian Pork in 2023, I had the opportunity to lead the design and coordination of the organisation's 2022–23 Annual Report.
As Digital Communications Officer and brand guardian, I was responsible for coordinating content from key stakeholders and leading the design of the publication. While Australian Pork had invested in a comprehensive set of brand guidelines several years earlier, its existing annual report template did not fully align with the refreshed brand. This project provided an opportunity to create a new report template that better reflected the organisation's visual identity while improving consistency and usability for future publications.
Publication design, typography and typesetting are among my favourite areas of design, so this a particularly rewarding project, where careful attention was given to information hierarchy, readability and visual storytelling to transform a large volume of technical and corporate content into an engaging and professional publication.
The template developed as part of this project proved successful and has continued to be used by the organisation for subsequent annual reports.
