We were able to utilise a great range of high-quality assets from their suppliers to give the site’s content a more high-end editorial feel throughout, with enhanced branding, typography, and functionality to help transform it into a digital experience surpassing any of their competitors.

I wanted the website to function and feel like an e-commerce website, even though their customers can’t actually make any purchases on the site. This was achieved by converting what would usually be the ‘Add to Cart’ journey into an ‘Add to Wishlist’ one instead – giving users the ability to curate their preferred window furnishing selections online before taking the step to visit their physical showroom or book an in-home measure.

Additional functionality was installed to further assist with product exploration – including tooltip maps that link directly to products displayed in images, detailed product filtering and variations, and educational journeys that help customers decide what products best suit their needs.

Overall, this project has delivered not only my largest website design to date, but also a digital experience far beyond what is currently available to customers in their local market – elevating their brand well above the rest while providing them with a digital front-door that’s future-proofed for many years to come.
