In 2023, Bronte Group was preparing for a return to the Denman market after wrapping up a number of other projects in Canberra’s north.

The project was also the first multi-residential project to go to market in the new Denman ‘North’, and the brand identity symbolises the unlocking of this new era for both the brand and the suburb.

This carried through into the interiors for the project, embodying a sense of understated modern Australian luxury – timeless yet elevated schemes grounded by the surrounding landscape that can be glimpsed through the unique vistas afforded from each residence.
