There’s something so wholesome about arranging some of your favourite pieces and memories in this little display of homely love – curating each item into small vignettes that give the world a glimpse into who you are and the things you treasure the most.
My own consoles are usually an eclectic mix of new finds, treasured family heirlooms, my favourite photos, books and fresh foliage.
But it’s this very corner of the home that can so often be overlooked. Who isn’t guilty of falling into the trap of letting them be the designated dumping ground for keys, bags, mail and anything else that doesn’t have an official home within the home?
